About this role

Overview Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, with expertise in HVAC systems, building maintenance, and project management. Typical working days are Monday through Friday with on call as needed. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of facility maintenance, ensuring all systems function optimally. Assists with onsite repairs Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors, key employees, and management within locations.
