About this role

PURPOSE: A Window & Door Install Project Manager (IPM) ensures contract and installation accuracy through verbal and written communication with customers and employees. This includes site visits, measuring, recording, ordering, and confirmations on all aspects of the post-sale window department process. PAY/SCHEDULE: As for compensation, this role has a base plus bonus structure. The base salary would be $75k plus bonus which is based off of several metrics including the accuracy of your measures for the job and customer experience. • We service south central WI and Northern Illinois. Each day starts at our office in Waunakee and drive time to the customer location can be anywhere from 10minutes to 1.5 hours. (2miles to 100 miles).…
