About this role

Key Responsibilities Design and communicate the ServiceNow platform architecture and define standards for design, development, quality and testing. Design interoperability and interfaces between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Translate business, user and technical needs into scalable architecture solutions aligned with organisational goals. Map business objectives, project benefits, priorities, components and system features into platform architecture. Assess internal customer expectations, gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into optimal technical solutions. Present proposed technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
