About this role

A highly regarded firm in Malmesbury is seeking a Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join them. The firm have an exceptional track record and a brilliant market share, the ideal person for this role will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience and be very willing to go the extra mile. Duties will include: -Generating and attending viewings -Generating and attending market appraisals -Assisting with maintenance -Meeting and greeting customers -General administration -Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements -Sales progression -Landlord and vendor care -Occasional Property Management Duties will vary and you must expect to lend a hand wherever possible through out the business.
