About this role

The Global Risk & Intelligence Services (GRIS) team is looking for a Technical Program Manager who can independently own and deliver complex, cross-functional projects that enable our GRIS Analysts/Investigators to work more effectively. In this role, you will help design, implement, and maintain technologies that help the team scale to meet the expanding needs of its customer base. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day maintenance of existing systems, collect requirements and feedback, identify defects, pull data, and analyze trends for continuous improvement. You will also help drive new ideas and initiatives for the team. This is a high-ownership role.…
