About this role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will streamline team's returns reduction and abuse prevention efforts for Amazon India. You will be responsible for managing requirements, tracking metrics, and identifying innovations to continually strengthen our defence against returns and its associated costs, including fraud and abuse. You will collaborate cross-functionally to design strategies, establish goals and monitor progress regularly.
