About this role
**This role will be located in Tempe, Arizona. The Sr. Learning Manager (LM) is an active member of the Relay Operations Center (ROC) Leadership Team, driving and supporting site performance and network initiatives. The Sr. Learning Manager (LM) actively leads a team of managers and trainers including their development and overall productivity. The LM must ensure the work of the team is aligned to meet internal customer needs. By partnering with operations, building support teams, Senior Leadership and external customers such as ACES, HR and Business Partners, LM’s drive positive impacts on the key business metrics including safety, quality, productivity and customer experience.…
