Planned vs. actuals reconciliation in CA Clarity™ PPM Audit time booked against the project Governance/Quality Management Ensure readiness for various reviews/audits by ensuring relevant documentation exists and is complete Follow up on any obligations and monitor/track progress of any associated action items Conduct post project reviews Release note preparations, setting up of meetings, meeting minutes Deputy for project managers in meeting management and moderation Resource Management Role creation and maintenance in CA Clarity™ PPM Follow up with booking managers for resource allocation, incorrect assignments etc.…
