JOB DESCRIPTION: Initiates and perform Building Maintenance, Sustaining Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance activities as scheduled, inspection, monitoring evaluation to effectively utilize all facilities machines and equipment with minimum breakdown but in full efficiency.
