About this role

Job Description: As a Human Resource Business Partner, you’ll work alongside a Senior HR Business Partner to support over 350 Engineers, serving as a trusted advisor on all things people-related. You understand that building strong, lasting relationships is key to influencing decision-making and driving meaningful change. Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, you embrace ambiguity and collaborate closely with department leaders and the broader HR team to enhance the employee experience at every stage of the employee life cycle.
