The National Multimedia Journalist (MMJ) is a digital-first storyteller responsible for producing high-impact weather and news content across social, digital, and network platforms. The MMJ operates as a fully independent content producer — responsible for pitching, shooting, writing, editing, and delivering content with speed and accuracy, often without additional field or production support. Success in this role depends on the ability to prioritize visual storytelling in the field, capture compelling video under pressure, and quickly turn that content into digital-first stories.
