About The Dominick is a luxury, Five Diamond, Four Star hotel in the Soho neighborhood of New York City. The Director of Operations is a key member of the Executive Committee and plays a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence across the hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this leader oversees day-to-day operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments to ensure a seamless, high-touch luxury guest experience.
