About this role

Our Customer Advocacy Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to turn them into enthusiastic brand advocates. This role focuses on capturing customer success stories, managing advocacy programs, and amplifying the voice of the customer across marketing, sales, and product teams.   This role requires on-site presence at HQ three days a week.
