Job Purpose Lead the electromechanical technician team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Responsibilities: Supervise and coach the electromechanical technician team. Diagnose and identify vehicle malfunctions and technical faults. Ensure correct spare parts are requested and used for repairs. Monitor workflow and job order completion for efficiency and fairness. Crosstrain team members to cover different roles when needed. Ensure vehicle internal and external condition is preserved during repairs. Maintain workshop cleanliness, equipment, and overall appearance.
