About this role

Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Discover customer's needs and offer solutions to them through the company's services or vehicles. Share experience and knowledge to help business reach goals and solve problems. Responsibilities: Convert showroom visitors into customers by greeting them in a welcoming and helpful way and understanding their needs and interests to match them to the most appropriate vehicle. Understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all vehicles, and provide the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models. Answer customer general and detailed questions about vehicles, financial aspects, warranties and purchase process.…
